This pre-sliced block of carving wax is hard in density and has a melting temperature of 229 degrees Fahrenheit (110 degrees Celsius). The 1 lb. carving block is pre-sliced into 17 pieces measuring 1.5" wide by 3.5" long and contains multiple thicknesses: 1 piece at 1" (25.4mm), 3 pieces at 0.7" (17.8mm), 4 pieces at 0.28" (7.1mm), 5 pieces at 0.19" (4.8mm), and 4 pieces at 0.14" (3.6mm).
